Are you ready for the most exciting week of science and engineering our state has to offer? The Arizona Science & Engineering Fair (AzSEF) brings together first-place winners from school, homeschool, district, county, and regional science fairs across Arizona to compete for scholarships and thousands of dollars in cash and prizes!
AzSEF Grand Award winners will be selected from the Senior Division (grades 9–12) to compete at the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) taking place on May 9-15 right here in Phoenix, Arizona.
The top 10% of grade 6-8 participants are nominated to apply to the Thermo Fisher Scientific Junior Innovators Challenge, the premiere national middle school competition.
IMPORTANT DATES:
February 2: Registration Opens
March 7: Last day for a qualifying school, homeschool, district, or regional fair to be completed in order for students to register for AzSEF.
March 11: Registration Closes
March 26: Elementary & Junior Divisions | Check-in, Display & Safety Check, SRC Approval, Judging, and Interviews
March 27: Senior Division | Check-in, Display & Safety Check, SRC Approval, Judging, & Interviews
March 28: Awards Ceremony at Arizona Science Center
