First Lego League Challenge introduces science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) to children 9-16 through fun, exciting hands-on learning by building robots and researching project solutions. We have multiple opportunities for volunteers to serve as a judge at a tournament. Judges interview teams of students as they deliver presentations on their robot design process and research project solutions. Judges serve as a mentor and role model by motivating them with useful feedback. Mentoring our youth in science technology fields will ensure Arizona has a highly skilled workforce in the future.
We would love to have you join us as a volunteer judge at one or more of the following tournaments:
