STEM Professionals–We Need You!

AzSEF 2026 will be held IN PERSON at Desert Financial Arena on ASU's campus in Tempe, AZ on March 26 & 27, 2026. We are excited to bring participants, their families, volunteers, judges, and sponsors together for an amazing event in a new location, and will need a large number of judges and volunteers. 

300+ Judges Needed

Elementary and Junior Division judging will take place on March 26, with Senior division judging scheduled for March 27. We do ask that judges have a minimum of 2 years of college or a degree in any field. There is a high need for judges with advanced degrees and experience to judge in the Senior Division. All judges will need to create a new account in zFairs, even those who have previously judged.

150+ Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks before the fair begins as well as during the fair, on March 26 and 27, 2026.

Pre-Fair needs: include stuffing SWAG bags, project and name tags and fair set up on March 25, 2026.

March 26 and 27: include vendor and volunteer check-in, Display & Safety and general "runner."
