The Arizona Science Teachers Association's (ASTA) 67th Annual Conference, Teaching Science in an Evolving Climate is around the corner.
To kick off the conference, Saturday, October 30th there will be virtual synchronous sessions and on Thursday and Friday, November 4th & 5th, science educators will come together face-to-face to attend live sessions at Challenger Space Center of Arizona in Phoenix.

You can participate in the conference through a variety of ways.
Speed Meeting. You can register to be a part of the virtual session on October 30th and have an hour to meet and greet members through Speed Meeting. Be in a breakout room and members will stop by and visit you.
Exhibit. You can have a table to share your resources with our members on Friday, November 5th in our exhibit hall during the face-to-face event. During the conference, ASTA provides scheduled time for our members to visit the exhibit area. Learn more here.
Conference Marketing Opportunities.
Conference Program Ads. You can high-light your organization through advertisement space in the Conference Program.
Commercial. Pre-record a 1 minute video to be shown during the virtual conference and then on the ASTA website.
Target Marketing. ASTA will distribute your flyers and materials for you by including them in the conference bags.
Sponsor. ASTA has a variety of ways you can promote your organization through sponsorships too. Whether it is sponsoring the conference luncheon as a diamond sponsor or an energy break as a bronze sponsor, you have opportunities to brand the conference with your logo.
The connections that you currently have with teachers in Arizona will be strengthened at our annual conference. Over three-hundred teachers and administrators attend the annual conference.
