TGen Bioscience Leadership Academy is looking for individuals interested in interviewing 8 of our 40 finalists to determine the selected 20 students! No matter the outcome for each individual student, the interviewing process will be a great professional development experience for them.
Interviews will take place at TGen Headquarters, 445 N Fifth Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004 on April 10 from 9:30am to 4:00pm at the latest. Coffee, snacks, and lunch will be provided. (Should you be more comfortable attending virtually, we will be able to accommodate this for our interview panel.
Here is the general schedule for the day:
- 9:30am – 10:00am Training Session (with Coffee and Bagels)
- 10:00am – 10:15am Meet your interview team and find your judging room
- 10:15am – 11:55am Four Interviews
- 11:55am – 12:40pm Lunch Break (Lunch Provided)
- 12:40pm – 2:20pm Four Interviews
- 2:20pm – 2:40pm Break (Snacks Provided)
- 2:40pm – 4:00pm Caucus to select successful candidates
The caucusing process should not take until 4pm, but it may be best to reserve time on your calendar until then just in case. For every interview, you will have five minutes to review the candidate’s paperwork, fifteen minutes to interview, and then five minutes to discuss and write notes. Volunteers will help direct finalists to your room for the interview, and a TGen representative will be in each interviewing room to help with timing and any interviewer or finalist questions.
